MAC Services are here to help you (the artist) manage yourself! We will be your complete or occasional support network, helping you with decisions and providing expertise and assistance whenever you need it. Our experienced industry managers can attend meetings on your behalf or just be a friendly informative source of information at the end of the phone or face to face. We cover everything from demo feedback for a fledgling band to a pa/ admin service for established acts. Whatever your requirements they can be accommodated.
We will facilitate everything a management company would do, however we will never take 20% commission from your income. This leaves you free to choose the level of involvement from us that you require and be in control of your entire income & career, we simply charge by the hour for our assistance. Management assistance can include developing your material, refining your image, setting up song-writing sessions, securing publishing deals, pitching for recording contracts, help with securing an agent, advice on self-distribution and doing-it-yourself, setting up your own record or publishing company, creating a brand, 3rd party relationships, video shoots and much more besides.. For established artists who already have a successful career and have chosen to self manage but have little time to run their daily lives, we'll even arrange getting the laundry done!
But the most important thing is that we are affordable! We know how hard it is for artists to generate an income from their music in the current climate, so whether you're just starting out or simply need to know where to go next, you'll be surprised to find that our fees are designed to make us accessible to our clients.

testimonials
As part of the production/songwriting team DEEKAY I have had the pleasure of being represented by Bob James. Bob is a highly organized individual who is capable of juggling many projects at once without losing focus on any of them. He is very creative and always exploring new avenues in every aspect of the music industry and he is a master of seeing new opportunities and bringing the right people together." - Lars Jensen
"As a songwriter, being in the right network is essential. Since being introduced to Bob and Mac Services I have had the opportunity to elicit some of my best work thanks to being united with his ever expanding array of successful songwriters and artists" - Emma Stevens
"Sacha had a great knowledge of how the industry works and brought some A&R and publishers down to some well organised showcases." - Jonathan Jeremiah
"Sacha was a consultant for my band 'Broken Dolls' 2006/ 07. In that time she liaised with our then record company (Southern Fried Records) gave good advice, organised meetings with management companies, gigs, radio performances, photo shoots and a subsequent calender feature. She was a calming yet positive influence on the band and always conducted herself in a friendly professional manner." - Jay Broken Dolls
I first met Sacha when she approached my band to take part in a project called Rock and Roll calendar. Consequently, Sacha continued to support and help the band after the project with the set up of shows and meetings on behalf of the band with numerous major label contacts. I am a musician living in London formally with the band Lincoln Brown and now a solo artist as Boy Outside. When starting my solo project one of the first people I went to for advice and potential label contacts was Sacha. She immediately came back to me with a list of contacts of which I am now approaching. Sacha has always gone beyond the call of duty to help emerging bands which I believe stems from a passion and belief in new music. - Aidan Cooney, Lincoln Brown/ The Boy Outside
"I met Sacha when she was putting together a calender of upcoming bands and she asked us to be featured. Her professionalism and drive was obvious from day one as she oversaw the calender's production, organising the photoshoot and subsequent events and concerts. She is always very friendly and a great laugh to boot!" - James Ewers, My Luminaries
"The critical part to making it in the music biz is being out there and meeting the right people. The MAC services team have always been a reference; whenever they mention a party, a gig or a seminar I'm always there because I know there is a fat chance 'the right people' will be there." - Hugo Santa Cruz (Session musician for Universal and Mute records)
"Sacha was a consulting manager for Border Crossing. A collective of three producers, five musicians and at any one time up to eight vocalists, rappers of which I was co-producer and songwriter. Sache was key in helping us through the early and very difficult financial negotiations with our first label. She was committed to us and looked out for us every step of the was overseeing other people working for the band. She fought our corner with the tricky publishing offers and stood her ground in meetings (a very important attribute). Sacha was booking gigs and inviting the media to the shows, networking and always looking for a contact or opportunity to promote the band. We were at times a turbulent bunch, she would always be the diplomat and sort the situation out, always making us feel that we had something good going on. Overall it takes a tuff cookie to manage a hip hip band and she stood out and did us proud. Blinding." - Paul Scott Mulvey, Border Crossing, Producer & Writer |
