A revolutionary style of Artist Management that puts you the artist in charge and helps you get all the services you need without giving away any control or income percentage.

No commission or post term, just an affordable hourly fee with the amount of time required reflecting where you are in your career and what you need. No contracts so no need for expensive music industry legal fees, although we can provide legal advice on other matters via our music lawyers if required!

All Consultants at MAC services are experienced artist managers with a network of contacts throughout the industry. You will be referred to a consultant who specialises in the area you wish to discuss or your chosen genre of music. The advice we give you will be honest and direct. You're paying for us to give you help and guidance with the aim of moving your career to the next level and as such at times we may seem harsh because we know what's required to make an act successful, but we will always have your best interests at heart.


Personal consultations

Choose to meet one of our consultants or speak to an expert on the phone. Simply book a time slot with us, usually 1hr face to face or 15 mins on the phone. (You get a free 5 min consultation on booking) For a fledgling band or artist, one of these sessions is usually enough to provide a focus for your efforts with general feedback or advice on a specific subject.

You can book as many or few of these individual sessions as you wish.

There is no obligation to book more than one session and we're confident you'll be pleased with what you've learnt.

£12.50 for 15 min phone. £50 for 1hr face to face.
Consults are held in London and Brighton only. Travel to London is charged at cost, consults in Brighton are not charged travel. On occasion we will travel to studios/ gigs if requested at any location outside of London or Brighton, on these occasions, in addition to consultation time, travel time is charged at £10 per hour plus cost of travel.


Working with us on a regular basis

For artists who wish to use us on a monthly basis to look after all of their requirements, a specific element of their business, area of their life or act as a management co on their behalf we recommend an agreed monthly retainer based on our hourly rates of £50 per hour.

Depending on the level of commitment you need and the nature of the work you require from us, we will advise you on the expected amount of hours we are likely to be working for you each month. You simply then pay that amount monthly in advance and we will log our time against the money you have paid. Any credits each month will be carried over. Once your credit expires you can simply top up or resume activity the following month.

This option is particularly effective for artists who are already generating an income from their music and need assistance in various aspects of their business, whether that be running their affairs, a personal pa service or management representation & negotiation with third parties (i.e. labels/ publishers/ brands)

This service means we are available anytime at the end of the phone or to attend meetings with you or on your behalf.
